ENSİA

Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSIA):

Energy Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ENSIA) is the project partner of the İzmir Development Agency at the ‘Best For Energy’ Project. ENSİA is active in İzmir since 2016 with the aim of contributing to development of Turkish industry in renewable energy sector which is a key driver among primary sectors for sustainable development. ENSİA, through its project-based management approach, is conducting clustering studies with an industrialist perception and a mission of ‘Production in Energy Industry’.

With the vision of being a pioneer energy cluster on the international scale, ENSIA is conducting their studies targeting to ensure the production and investment relating to the needed energy equipments, devices, components and their raw-materials to be processed by the Turkish companies to benefit more for Turkey from the added value and integration chain.

ENSIA believes that, independent from the source of their capital, all companies producing in the Turkish Republic, creating added value and enabling new employment opportunities are regarded as ‘locals’. Together with the rising support and contribution from the institutional, individual and academic members, ENSIA pursues renewable and clean energy activities with the target of being a ‘project association’.
